Integrations are usually the reason to pick a hosted platform in the first place: orders land in your CRM by themselves, stock syncs from the warehouse, products go out to marketplaces without manual work. Horoshop has a genuinely large catalogue of them — but it is spread across the pricing tiers unevenly, and the most important one starts only on the third plan.
The headline fact before you pay: there is no API on Basic or Standard. It appears only on Pro at 1,728 UAH per month. If your scenario contains the words "sync with our own system", your budget starts there, not at 288 UAH.
What connects out of the box
Horoshop maintains its own catalogue of ready connectors that switch on inside the admin panel without a developer. Ukrainian CRMs are the densest group: SalesDrive, KeyCRM, KeepinCRM, Pipedrive, Sitniks, Skynum, HugeProfit, VoIPTime, TradeEvo, Qsystem, AsterilCRM, MiyDrop and a dozen smaller systems.
Accounting and inventory options are narrower: Dilovod, Torgovsoft, ERC, DNTrade, Drop Cloud. Cafés and restaurants get a Poster connector. The main Ukrainian delivery carriers and payment providers, instalment payments included, are wired in at platform level and available on every plan.
Zapier sits apart: through it Horoshop reaches 5,000+ external services, MailChimp, GetResponse and SendPulse among them. It saves the day where no direct connector exists and the scenario is simple — new order, row in a sheet, email out.
Which payment providers work with Horoshop
Horoshop integrates with LiqPay, WayForPay, Portmone, Fondy, Mono and PrivatBank, plus pay-in-instalments and credit services. Payment integrations are available on every plan, including Basic at UAH 288 per month — unlike marketplace feeds and the API, which are tied to a specific tier.
This is a rare case where the platform does not split functionality by plan. The reason is simple: without payments a store does not work at all, so there is nothing to gate. Delivery services are wired in at platform level too and are available to everyone.
One thing to check: the transaction fee is charged by the payment provider, not by Horoshop, and it is not part of the subscription. So LiqPay, WayForPay and Fondy should be compared on their own rates, not on the platform tier.
What is tied to your plan

| Rozetka.ua product feed | no | yes | yes |

The selection rule follows directly. If the store lives on marketplaces, Basic is out — the very thing people buy the platform for is switched off in it. If you need two-way sync with your own back office, the entry point is Pro, six times the price of Basic.
What if your accounting runs on BAS or 1C
This is the most common question owners ask, and the answer isn't direct. BAS and 1C are not listed separately among Horoshop's ready connectors — the catalogue covers other accounting services. There is no "connect BAS" switch in the admin panel. Three approaches work:
- Sync through the API on Pro. The most flexible route: your contractor writes a bridge that moves products, stock, prices and orders both ways. That is real development with a price tag and a timeline, not a toggle.
- Through an intermediary service. If your accounting can expose its data, the bridge is often assembled via Zapier or via one of the supported systems that already talks to both sides.
- Move to a supported accounting tool. For a small store it is sometimes cheaper to migrate to Dilovod or Torgovsoft than to pay for years of maintaining a custom bridge.
What integrations cost
Horoshop's model here is honest but awkward to budget. Some connectors are free and switch on in minutes. Others belong to third-party developers, and if you need them adapted to your process, you pay that partner separately, outside the platform fee.
| Type of work | Ballpark | Who does it |
|---|---|---|
| Enable a ready CRM connector | 0 UAH | you or a contractor |
| Set up marketplace feeds | 1,000–4,000 UAH | contractor |
| Back-office sync via API | from 10,000 UAH | developer |
| Custom scenario for your process | quoted individually | platform partner |
These are market benchmarks, not the platform's official price list. The real figure depends on how many entities you sync and in which directions.
Checklist before you pay
- List the systems already running in the business — CRM, accounting, POS, carrier, email. The ones people actually use daily, not the ones you'd like.
- Check each against the platform's integration catalogue. Ready connector — good. None — mark it as an API or Zapier candidate.
- Settle the marketplace question. If Rozetka or Kasta are on this year's plan, your floor is Standard.
- Decide whether you need two-way sync. If stock and prices must flow automatically, budget for Pro plus developer time.
- Ask who pays for customisation. With third-party connectors that is a separate invoice — better to know before you start.
When the platform's integrations run out
The ceiling shows up in two scenarios. First: your sales logic is unusual and every other process gets worked around on top of the API. Second: you have many complex integrations and the three-year cost of maintaining them exceeds the cost of your own platform. We covered that fork in Horoshop or WordPress for an online store.
Bottom line
Horoshop's integrations cover typical Ukrainian e-commerce almost fully. Two limits decide your plan though: marketplaces open at Standard, the API only at Pro. Both change the budget several times over, and neither is visible until you start connecting things.
