How hours are counted: unused hours do not roll over to the next month; any overage is agreed in advance and billed at $25 per hour. We also do one-off work without a monthly fee — from $25 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Not covered by support: a redesign, new sections and modules, or a move to another platform — that is a separate project with its own estimate.
A site works as long as someone is watching it
Website support is the regular maintenance of a live site: platform and plugin updates, backups, uptime monitoring, bug fixes and small content edits on request. The goal is for the site to stay available, secure and up to date without the owner having to get involved.
Technical support is often confused with further development. Support keeps existing functionality working; development adds new functionality. Our packages cover both, but they are billed separately.
We take on sites built on WordPress, WooCommerce, Horoshop and OpenCart — including ones we did not build.

Every unticked item is a risk that will show up at the worst possible moment. The «Basic» plan covers all five.
A strong base. Next come a staging environment for updates and fast response to requests — that is the «Business» plan.
Order a reviewWhat website maintenance includes
CMS core, plugins and theme. First on a copy of the site, then on the live one — so an update does not take the store down in the middle of the day.
Daily backups of files and the database to external storage, not to the same server. We test the restore, not just the fact that a backup was created.
Malware scanning, patching vulnerabilities, login attempt limits. If the site is already infected, we clean it and deal with the consequences.
An availability check every few minutes. We find out about downtime before you do and start fixing it without waiting for a request.
Change a price, add a product, swap a banner, fix a text. Small tasks come out of the package hours and are done the same day you ask.
Image compression, caching, clearing junk from the database. We make sure the site does not quietly slow down to several seconds of load time without you noticing.
We track domain and certificate renewal dates. A site that is flagged as «not secure» for a day because of an expired SSL certificate loses rankings.
Every month we send a list of what was done, the hours spent and the state of the site. Without a report, support turns into a subscription fee paid for nothing.
Which sites we take on
We maintain sites on the platforms we work with as developers. A site built by someone else is taken on after a technical review — it is free and carries no obligation.
The most common case and the most common source of problems: outdated plugins, conflicts after updates, hacked sites with no backups.
A WordPress store with everything that comes with it: payments, delivery, stock levels, product exports.
A SaaS platform where the server is not yours, so support comes down to settings, content and integrations.
Older stores that have run for years without updates. First we check the core version and any modifications.
Sites assembled with a visual builder. The main task here is not to break the layout when the builder is updated.
Custom-built sites and landing pages. We look at the stack and documentation, and after the review we tell you whether we can take it on.
What breaks without support
Four scenarios people most often come to us with. All four cost more than a year of support, and all four are predictable.
| Symptom | Real cause | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| The site was hacked and there are ads in the code | A plugin with a known vulnerability was not updated | We clean it, close the hole, and put a scanner and regular updates in place |
| Everything «fell apart» after an update | The update was rolled out straight to the live site, with no copy | We roll back from a backup, then run updates on a staging environment |
| The request form does not send emails | The mail settings changed or the hosting limit ran out | We set up SMTP and add a delivery check to monitoring |
| The site suddenly became slow | The database bloated with revisions and logs, and images were uploaded uncompressed | We clean the database, compress media, enable caching and keep it all in the monthly cycle |
How we get started
We check versions, plugins, backups, speed and security. We show you what we found and say what is critical and what can wait.
List of findingsThe first month is usually the hardest: updates, backups, closing vulnerabilities and a backlog of small edits.
Site in orderWe connect uptime checks, automatic backups and scanning. From then on we are the first to know about downtime.
Monitoring onEvery month: updates on a copy, security and speed checks, your requests and a report with the hours spent.
Monthly reportThis is the cheapest insurance we sell. Recovering a hacked site without a backup costs more than several months of support, and sometimes ends with the site having to be rebuilt from scratch.

You get not «access to support» but a concrete list of work and a report. The sites we build and maintain are in the case studies.
Technical website support in Ukraine
Technical website support is a service people remember twice: when the site has already gone down, and when nobody has had access to it for a year and the price suddenly needs changing urgently. Both cases cost more than regular maintenance, and both are predictable. We run sites in a cycle: updates on a copy, daily backups, a monthly security and speed check, and your requests within the package hours. You get not «access to support» but a concrete list of work and a report on what you paid for.
Site maintenance or support: what is the difference
In everyday speech these are synonyms, and people search for both equally often. The rough dividing line is this: site maintenance usually means scheduled work — updates, backups, cleanup, reports. Support adds responding to requests on top: something broke or needs changing fast. Our packages include both the scheduled part and the on-request part, so we see no point in separating the terms in the estimate. What matters is something else — how many hours per month are reserved for you and how quickly we respond to a critical task.
How much website support costs
The price depends not on the size of the site but on how much happens on it. A brochure site that does not change for months needs only updates and backups — from $59 per month. A corporate site with regular content edits starts from $149. An online store with payments, delivery and product exports to marketplaces needs more attention and starts from $299. One-off work without a monthly fee is billed from $25 per hour. We fix the exact amount after a technical review, which we do for free. General price benchmarks for our work are collected on the page how much a website costs.
Why support is cheaper than recovery
There is one most expensive scenario here: the site is hacked, there are no backups, the host keeps a copy of only the last three days, and the site is already infected in it. After that you either rebuild from scratch or pay for cleaning every file by hand. Regular maintenance removes that risk with two simple things — fresh updates and backups stored on a different server. The other items in the package matter, but these two alone pay for the whole subscription.
Who needs website maintenance
First of all, those whose site brings in leads or sales: every hour of downtime has a price. Then store owners, where it is not the whole site that breaks but the cart or payment, and you can only notice it from the customer's side. Also companies without an in-house developer, where a banner edit takes months because there is nobody to do it. And those who have just ordered website development: someone has to look after it afterwards, and the most logical choice is the same team that knows how it is built inside.
Website support — frequently asked questions
A short guide to what is included, the price, response times and backups.
Describe your site — we will do a free technical review and tell you whether you need support.
Ask a questionWhat does website support include?
CMS, plugin and theme updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, security checks, speed control, domain and SSL renewal, and small content edits on request. Every month you get a report listing what was done and the hours spent.
How much does website maintenance cost?
From $59 per month for a brochure site with two hours of work, from $149 for a corporate site with six hours and from $299 for an online store with fifteen. One-off work without a monthly fee is billed from $25 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
How is support different from further development?
Support keeps existing functionality working: updates, backups, security, small edits. Development adds new functionality — sections, modules, a redesign. The latter is a separate project with its own estimate and is not part of the monthly fee.
Will you take on a site that someone else built?
Yes. We start with a free technical review: we check versions, plugins, backups, speed and signs of a hack. We give our findings within two days and then tell you whether we can take the site on and what needs fixing in the first month.
Do I need support if the site simply works?
You need it precisely because it works. Vulnerabilities in plugins appear all the time, and sites are hacked not because they are popular but because they are reachable and not updated. Recovering from an infection without a backup costs more than a year of support.
How quickly do you respond to a request?
For critical requests — a site outage, a broken cart or form — we respond within four hours during working hours. Small content edits are usually done the same day, and larger tasks are agreed separately in terms of timing.
What happens to the backups if we stop working together?
We hand over the archive of backups and access to all the services we connected. Backups are kept in external storage rather than on your own server, so they survive even a complete loss of hosting.
Is SEO part of website support?
The technical part that affects SEO is included: speed, availability, correct robots and sitemap, link integrity. Work on rankings — semantics, content, links — is a separate service, which we provide as SEO promotion.
